Rejecting Defeat: The Beginnings of Armed Action in the West Bank and Gaza, 1967

Abstract:

This book takes a close look at the course of Palestinian armed activity following the June 1967 war. It examines the early stages of the formation of the Palestinian militant organizations and analyzes the political factors (both Palestinian and Arab) that blocked the development of a comprehensive revolt against Israeli occupation, until the launching of the Palestinian intifada on December 9, 1987.
