The Right of Return of the Palestinian People

Abstract:

This book addresses the major issues pertaining to the final status talks in the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations. It consists of two complementary legal studies: the first discusses the basis in international law of the Palestinian people’s right of return, and the second tackles the mode of implementation of this right in light of the Oslo agreement signed by Israel and the Palestinians on 13 September 1993.
